Read moreI was about to give here 5 stars until I leave here. The food is 10/10, service is 10/10, atmosphere is amazing. Everything related to “experience” is top notch. I give them that.
But… They have problems with their outdoor seating which they are not able to close the shades and leave you under the sun. First they say it’s broken then they say Emaar is not letting us close it. I don’t know what are their issue but they seriously need to fix it.
And then the ridiculous breakfast jam jar attitude. I brought my guests here and they absolutely loved the jams and they wanted to take them with you. Which we already OPENED and ATE some of them. They are served in small one-use jars. These are included in the price of breakfast. If we pay for the breakfast anything in it is included to that price. Long story short they said you can’t take the jars with you. Either you have to eat or leave it, which is very ridiculous. In any restaurant, you can take the rest of your food as takeaway. Which this is literally the same thing. As a Turkish person this experience I had in this very Turkish restaurant is shameful and disappointing. Hospitality is a big part of our culture and this restaurant highly disappointed me. They need to seriously consider what they are doing. For a jar less than 50 fils it’s too much drama.
Other than these two experiences it’s a place you should definitely visit. I hope they improve their service.
Special thanks to Bazarkul and Arbindra for making our visit memorable, welcomed and lovely. They...

Dining at Blume was a truly delightful experience, offering a well-curated menu of international cuisine in a vibrant, welcoming setting.
We started with a selection of appetizers: the crispy calamari was perfectly golden and crunchy, the Asian Salad was fresh and bursting with bright, zesty flavors, and the guacamole—while creamy and enjoyable—could’ve used a bit more seasoning, like an extra squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt to really elevate it.
For the mains, we tried the Bresaola Pizza, which was absolutely perfect. The dough was light and crisp, and the toppings—bresaola, burrata, and Parmesan cheese—came together beautifully for a rich and satisfying bite. We also had the Chicken TSO, which offered an interesting mix of sweet and savory flavors. While it wasn’t the standout of the evening, it was still a unique and enjoyable dish.
The mocktail selection was also impressive—fresh, creative, and well-balanced, making it a great non-alcoholic pairing with the food.
One of the true highlights of the evening, though, was the outstanding service. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, warm, and knowledgeable—he took excellent care of our table and explained every single dish with enthusiasm and detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, Blume delivers not just great food, but a complete dining experience that blends flavor, atmosphere, and impeccable service. Definitely a spot...
