We booked a room for 3 days and paid in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff said that the room which we paid for is already occupied with other guest. The staff give us an option to take a smoking room which we hate much. We booked even with single bed for wife and husband but they said to give us two bed in a room. We asked them why our room is occupied, as the payment is already paid in advance. The reception lady said that it is the hotel policy. It is non professional of the hotel to have such a policy. Customers are paying in advance to secure the room ahead of time and they are traveling with expectation of owning the room. Such a hotel action is highly disappointing and should grade the hotel down. When we get into the rooms, the carpet is smelling bad, the room is too narrow. As we can’t resist the smell in the room, we left the hotel without refund of the money which we paid in advance. Sorry to say but it is morally unacceptable. Read moreI have been a loyal Ibis guest, choosing your hotels because of their consistent service and reliability. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Ibis Deira Creekside fell far short of the usual experience, due to repeated disturbances from other guests on my floor.

At one point, a child knocked on my door by mistake.
Noise in the corridor was also frequent and disruptive. I personally witnessed someone vaping inside the elevator, which I understand is against hotel policy. On another occasion, I encountered a guest standing in the hallway wearing only a towel, with their room door wide open.
These repeated incidents made it difficult to rest or feel comfortable in my room, and the overall environment was far from the peaceful and professional atmosphere I...
Read moreThe service and the rules don’t allow you to enjoy the facility and keeps you away and wasteful time you spend in long que at the reception makes everything miserable. Plus they only accept passport or Emirates ID which is a document required at the counter so if you are a tourist and forgot to get your passport in another state or in a safe location they will make you travel back and forth for hours to get it.. The main concern is not security as I have stayed in the hotel for more then 4 times and everytime the passport and documents were available but I had to still go to Abu dhabi for my passport. The reception staff spends ours to figure out the problem or procedure. I would highly encourage everyone to come but with their own risk because the staff is not helpful for such matters...
