When we arrived at the hotel those gentlemens who attend us at night has a good way to communicate and very polite, considering we booked twin bed but they take action and upgrade our room to a king bed because they understand that we having a baby. were been late check in but those guys at night said we can do late check out, so this morning after we got breakfast even there is an little incident but they FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE ON US and HANDLE US PROFESSIONALLY, we dont complain because of that incident.
We head back to room and have a rest again and our baby is having a good sleep again, and there's a call coming on the reception and asking us what time were going out i said 2pm but Ms.JESSICA THE HOTEL RECEPTIONIST INSIST THAT WE SHOULD GO 1PM BECAUSE THEY WERE FULL TODAY (but is LYING really NECESSARY to force the CUSTOMER TO GO OUT?) We told her that our baby still sleeping but the answer of Ms. JESSICA is still "NO" that we have to leave the hotel at 1pm or Else there will be charges. My wife already talk to her but the way she communicate is NOT NICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and she CHALLENGING us, After that the manager call us and accept that we can stay until 2pm.
We check out at 2:20 i think and my wife is STILL angry to MS. JESSICA instead to hear SORRY AND CLAM MY WIFE DOWN she still remain UNPROFESSIONAL and HIGH, i ask her name but she didn't gave her name (its my right so i can acknowledge the staff for their work) so i need to ask somebody for her name and TOLD US THAT THERE IS A LOT OF FORMER COMPLAINTS TO MS. JESSICA BECAUSE OF RUDENESS AND ATTITUDE PROBLEM.
The Foundation and Reputation of the company is not on the customers but to the STAFF who knows how to respect there customers and treat them well and handle them...
Read moreWe were surprised in very positive way. In fact it was the cheapest Hotel were we stayed a Night before our fly back to Germany. We were before in other 2 hotels and even this were much expensive this hotel was by far better !
Reception: Really friendly speaking a great English (Much better than our…) They accommodated our luggage for free as we fly was late on the evening They were totally kind and helpful with our questions and good recommendations.
Rooms: According to the price and class. You can’t get more for the price. We expected much less.
Breakfast: also the best breakfast that we got in Dubai. After this breakfast you won’t need a lunch
Location: awesome, 2 stops from Airport but also 5 min walk to the Metro Red Line. With the Redline you are able to most of Dubais Attractions and Highlights.
You can also use the red line to get close from Dubais best beaches and for 8 USD you take a taxi to get from Metro Station to de beach ! I guess, 15 - 20 USD you get a Taxi direct to the Kite Beach
Guest: What we also really liked, the Kind of guests we found there. We found family’s, cultivated and quiet people.
Travel Agency: just great, we book a Dessert Safari, we got really nice recommendations and we felt never, we are pressed to book something. We decided to book there because the prices are the same that offered on Internet but a Large recommendation and explanation of the trips.
Sadly we were only one night here, our visit in Dubai were much better staying from beginning in that Hotel. In our case, we discovered that we don’t need luxury Hotels for Dubai as we spent all the time outside, by day at the beaches by night around the city. This Hotel has covered and exceed all our needs for the best...
Read moreSorry for the long review but we had a few things go wrong with this hotel. We had emailed the hotel requesting they look after our cases as we would land really early and check in wasn't until 2pm. Our cases were duly locked in a room and a ticket given to us to reclaim at check in. When we returned later to check in we were told our booking had been cancelled as the credit card on file was declined. We felt so unwelcome at this point. Eventually it was agreed to reinstate the original booking despite the hotel being "full" and we paid the bill. We saw hardly any other guests. The room was comfortable but the city view not what we anticipated - see photo. The carpet had stains and the bathroom was not the best - again see photos. We had been warned the restaurant was closed for refurbishment but no suggestions were forth coming for places to eat as per Booking.com suggestion to us - we went across to the mall. Imagine our surprise when we saw in the restaurant a breakfast set up - who for I do not know - see photos. Our breakfast had supposed to be included in the price and so we had to pay extra to eat elsewhere. We were woken in the night (4.30am) by young men in the next room, I knocked on the door and asked them to respect our sleep, they left to go somewhere to return about 7am making noise again. I got a feeling they may be workers but no idea. On a positive note the guy looking after folk at the pool - providing towels and such was super helpful. The jacuzzi was not working and the water in the pool was really cold. The hotel is really close to the airport but quite a way from other things. Metro station was near enough so we...
