Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel — Hotel in Dubai

I checked in to relax but it was the opposite coz i totally experienced a lot of negativity here. Let me tell you. -ROOM IS SUPER HOT. AC CANT BE ADJUSTED. FELT LIKE A DESERT INSIDE. GOOD THING I BROUGHT MY MINI HAND FAN, IT SAVED ME WHOLE NIGHT. -carpet floor looks dirty with a lot of stains. -stuff in the room are old, oven frame and all about to fall down. -VERY ITCHY BED SHEETS. I showered before going in the bed but after a few minutes I HAD REDNESS ON MY BODY AND STARTED TO ITCH. -came and expected to enjoy a pool moment. BUT THEY SAID ITS NOT OPERATING NOW. Totally a scam. If thats the case, they should put that information on the website so people who want to book will be aware. -room service was super slow to response. And when they did, all mistakes. I asked for a dental kit, they came and brought lil boxes like shower cap, vanity kit but not a single dental kit is there which is what i specified. I asked 11pm. I got it by 2am. Omg. -then, one male (i think, Indian) receptionist was VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP. TO ME, IT SEEMS LIKE HE WAS ON A RUSH TO END THE CALL AND DOESN’T WANNA LISTEN TO MY REQUESTS. Why are you hiring such employees? Untrained and Unprofessional. -when i checked in, lady with a short hair (was nice to me), told me check out is 2PM. I was fine with it. BUT NEXT DAY…a 12:30pm call woke me up and a lady said check out 1pm and they will charge more after that. I TOLD HER THE LADY YESTERDAY told me 2pm, she still insisted 1pm in a very disrespectful tone. No proper endorsements during change of shifts?

Not to mention they have guts to ask for a deposit upon check in? I have never seen this in other hotel before.

MY STAY WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. I GOT STRESSED OUT OF ALL THIS. WAS DISAPPOINTED. GOT DISRESPECTED. I WASTED MONEY. There are other hotels that causes lesser but good quality of service and amenities. MY MISTAKE WAS I CHOSE THIS ONE. They don’t even try to satisfy guests. Photos on the booking app are totally different in reality. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM. NEVER...

I was very lucky to stay at Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel. It was very nice, very comfortable, safe, clean, with very friendly staff. At first I met Edris who was very helpful to me, and he treated me as a family member, and he was very convincing, confident and trustworthy person. The hotel is amazing ,with great fountain (shallal) and gardens. The swimming pool is very good. and the lifeguard from siri lanka is welcoming and always smiling. The rooms are very clean with new furniture. Room service staff are always helpful specially senior supervisor Douglas, Francis, Pritam, Faisal, kaushila and sara. Saima from front desk helped me alot and was very patient. I was lucky to meet her as she is amazing person, honest and have positive attitude. Also I was glad to meet Pyae Pyae, mr. Zain for making my stay better. Also Alaa Alhamawy was helpful to me, and a very good friend. I stayed almost two weeks, and I met and dealt with alot of respectful staff members either by person or by phone, alot of the names I unfortunately forget. I must mention: the hotel have tasty food restaurants: "Spices restaurant" at which the open buffett was delicious and diverse, and I tried fresh juices and great pizza at dinner, which was great. Very rarely, the front desk may not answer calls during off-hours, but most of the time they are very responsive and helpful.
