From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. Mai, with her impeccable customer service skills, ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and convenient. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs truly stood out.

Ali's dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. His knowledge of the menu, recommendations, and his ability to cater to individual preferences truly showcased his passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

I hardly give 5 stars ratings to any place but this hotel - J5 hotel port saeed really deserves an appreciation. I am a traveler from India and was planning my first ever trip to Dubai through Make My Trip. I wanted a location near to the airport and near to the metro, then I got the suggestion of J5 hotel. I checked reviews and images and decided to book this hotel for me. I booked the hotel at a very reasonable price. I booked it for 3 days between. My check-in time was 02:00 PM but I reach at 06:00 AM. My Zafar and Mr Ruben (amazing people at the reception) they helped me to check-in 6 hours before. Really thankful to them. Mr. Ruben escort me to my room and I was very excited to see the room and when I just entered I was like wow, my king size room. Room was filled with every facility anyone could expect. I have attached the images for your reference. I had peaceful sleeping in my room 714 and woke up. They suggested the places and showed me packages. I booked my dessert safari tour. Mr. Ruben helped me to book it. Dessert Safari people came to pick me up and they were very professional l had an amazing experience. Lets talk about room and room service: Rooms of the hotel are nicely clean and have luxurious feel with the interior. Washrooms will make you feel special.

Service of the hotel was very nice, staff really maintain everything, room service staff, the reception staff, waiters and other supporting staffs. Everybody do their best to make you feel special.

Location- This hotel is very close to the airport DXB. The cab fair comes around 20-25AED only. Also this is very close to the metro station Deira City Centre Station only 300-400 mtr walking distance. A perfect location to go anywhere in Dubai.

Special mention to few of the staff members I found really helpful. Mr. Rami, I forgot to ask on which position he is but if he is not a manager then please promote him and if he is already a manager give him a good raise.

I don’t even know where to begin—J5 Catering absolutely impressed us! From the very first interaction to the final cleanup, everything was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and precision that made the entire experience not only smooth for me as a host but genuinely delightful for every single guest.

The garden setup was breathtaking—beautifully arranged with attention to every tiny detail. The ambiance felt magical, elegant, and welcoming. The live chef station added such a vibrant, interactive touch, and the food… oh, the food was on another level of tasty and memorable! We had over 30 guests, and every single person couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was.

A special shoutout to the incredible team—Mr. Mahesh Pattanur (Supervisor) and Mr. Mohammed (Manager)—who were the epitome of grace and professionalism. They were patient, well-prepared, proactive, and extremely accommodating to every little request we had. Their communication was seamless and made us feel completely at ease.

The waitresses were exceptional—smart, polite, charming, and always a step ahead, ensuring everyone felt attended to with a smile.

J5 Catering handled this event like true experts, with project management skills that impressed me every step of the way. From planning to execution and clean-up, they nailed every aspect with excellence. I truly can’t thank them enough for making this Eid celebration not just stress-free for me but an unforgettable experience for all.
