Super Bowl - Asian Cafe - Deira — Restaurant in Dubai

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS! We called in hours before our visit to see if we need to get any reservations. They informed us that there is no need. We arrived around 5pm. We were warmly welcomed by the staffs. We got nice and comfortable seats. They explained the menu and their promotional offers they have at the moment. Everything was explained clearly and they made sure that we understood everything. So we all agreed to get the promotional offer EAT-ALL-YOU-CAN DIMSUMS including MAINS. After several minutes we handed over to them our order paper so they can prepare it accordingly. They immediately served us the drinks. Couple of minutes later food started to come flowing. LIKE LITERALLY, FOOD WERE REALLY COMING ONE AFTER ANOTHER AND WE WERE ALL HAPPY. FOOD CAME IN PERFECT TEMPERATURE. We can definitely tell that they have just cooked it. FOOD WERE ALL FRESH AND SUMPTUOUS. We ordered a lot because we were all dimsum lovers and we could not stop ourselves on getting because ALL THE FOOD THEY SERVED WERE SO DELICIOUS. 😋

Hi good evening

I would like to share my experienced yesterday night. We went to celebrate the “mothers day” with my family table for 5 pax. We wait for 15-20 minutes in the waiting list, which is ok for us. Upon seating in the table we ordered immediately , about 15 items we gave to the waiter. We expecting it will be delayed for couple of minutes, which we saw the restaurant was fully full.

We received our first batch of food not all, maybe around 20-30 mins. And then we ordered additional, Unfortunately the second ordered and third ordered was didnt served and we wait for 45min to 1 hr . Which is not really acceptable and we are really DISAPPOINTED, no one informed us about the serving time, it will take long time.

And take note for that average of time they gave us 2pcs of stick of as i remember it was chicken satai.

Then Dessert and drinks station was almost empty and as per them they will clean, is about 9:30, and then they refill new one but in the picther jar which is not hygienic, no cover and all turned empty, but no one refill.

Over all we are really DISAPPOINTED and this is not our first time to eat in super bowl DCC, hopefully they will improved their service and communication to customer.

Honestly on that time, i can say that they ruined the occasion about to celebrate, we go...

This is not my first time but I don't know what happened to their menu... yes they upgraded, eleveted and added new varieties but it feel like the more choice you have, the lower the quality it gets... I just had a raw beef steamed siomai which they defended as "rare" like what? A steamed rare siomai? It's not my first time but I acted as I am.. the taste and quality is not as same as before... they anyway acknowledge and apologized and even offer for replacement but my stomach cannot take it anymore.. nonetheless, I still love the braised chicken noodles they are still right about it, but the rest? I don't think so. This has been my 8th time in all three branches (JLT, Satwa and Deira, except the Discover Gardens branch) but I' d never been disappointed as like I am right now and its kind of a miracle that I didn't ask for a reorder of the dishes I firstly ordered. Did not even dare to order the rest... so many options but I know what I like and what I always order everytime I visit but this time, it's a dislike... sorry ✌️
