Unforgettable Stay at Copthorne Hotel Dubai
We recently stayed for a week at Copthorne Hotel Dubai, and every moment exceeded our expectations. From the very first step into the hotel, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Upon arrival, the steward who carried our baggage left a lasting impression polite, professional, and helpful. He patiently explained how to find our room and operate the lift, setting the tone for the exceptional service we experienced throughout our stay.
Our room was absolutely immaculate, spotlessly clean, perfectly arranged, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping came daily around noon, leaving the room fresh and spotless every single day. It honestly felt like checking in all over again every time we came back from dinner.
The swimming pool deserves a special mention it was refreshing and maintained at the perfect temperature, even in the peak of Dubai's summer heat. It was the perfect escape after a long day exploring the city.
Now let’s talk about the food WOW. Breakfast was a dream! The live egg station was a favourite spot every morning, and Chef Himasha Pant deserves nothing less than 7 stars his attention to detail, skill, and consistency were world-class.
We also want to give a heartfelt thanks to Krishan, our Sri Lankan waiter, who always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel like family. His kindness and hospitality truly elevated our dining experience.
Even the doorman made us feel safe and cared for he always ensured we got back safely from our taxi trips, no matter the time. At the buffet entrance, the two welcoming ladies never failed to greet us with genuine smiles and kind words, making every meal feel special.
The location of the hotel is ideal close to shopping malls, restaurants, and the metro, which made our travel plans easy and efficient. The ambiance in the lobby, the cleanliness of the common areas, and the professionalism of the entire staff made it feel like a true luxury experience without the price tag.
Whether you're visiting Dubai for business, leisure, or a bit of both, I can't recommend Copthorne Hotel Dubai enough. The hospitality, warmth, cleanliness, food, and comfort all made this trip one of the most memorable we've had.
Thank you, Copthorne, for giving us a stay to remember—we will...

This is one of the worst hotels in Dubai. This is actually used by Emirates for their transit passengers.
First off, you are taken from the airport to this hotel in a broken-down bus, which makes you do a comparison between what we used to do in a very small village in India, and what’s happening in Dubai with you at that moment.
The bus is also given as a favour, taking its own sweet time, making the passengers wait for countless hours sometimes.
Then, when you reach the hotel, it immediately makes you feel that you are staying in 1.5 stars OYO hotel in a small town in India.
None of the staff members are courteous, or professional, or prudent towards the customers. They behave as if they are giving the rooms to the customers as a favour, and we should just blindly accept whatever is being given to us.
The restaurant staff is one of the most unprofessional staff that you can see in any country. This hurts more because this is never expected from place like Dubai, where your dreams are unlimited.
Restaurant staff does not bother about what the customer might need? They don’t serve you well, and on top of all of this, they keep a very unprofessional and unfriendly attitude towards your entire stay in the restaurant. This is as if again showing that the food given to the customers is a favour, rather than a courtesy.
The food options provided are also very basic, making you feel that you are not at all in Dubai. It makes you feel that you are in a poor town in Sri Lanka or Thailand.
The rooms are nice and big, but are very basic. There is no double bedded room in the entire hotel, as I was told by the hotel staff. Think about what will happen if you’re coming as a family with a small kid?
The bathrooms were reasonably well and could have been good if they were maintained properly. The bathroom within my room was leaking from its roof. And when I brought this up to the notice of the staff, they just said very curtly that they apologise for the inconvenience. None of them even tried to offer me a proper apology, forget about offering to...
