Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

Staff here is the worst.. RUDE and very unprofessional.. come here daytime or late at night.. its like a contagious stuff with this location.. yesterday I was served a cheese croissant cut into two parts WITH 1 part hanging out of the plate as if it was thrown into the plate.. and see the cutlery how its half down in the tray, out of the tissue .. and as I started taking food n his pic, that smile came up immediately.. which was reluctant while v walked in.. no greetings, no nothing.. and he tells us they do this cutting all the time.. I go around to many Starbucks around town and never have this kind of tea stall staff anywhere else.. why no one here is interested to work here at this joint.. WE...

Terrible customer service. The staff here were very rude. They called us out loudly in front of everyone, saying we were the loudest team in the shop, while in reality other groups were even noisier. A more polite and professional approach would have been to come to our table and kindly ask us to lower our volume. Instead, they singled us out unfairly and ignored the other louder groups, just because they were tourists. Very disappointing experience — the staff here definitely need better training in customer service and handling situations respectfully.
