VERSACE — Local services in Dubai

I can't help but notice that the stores in the US and UK surpass the one at Dubai Mall in terms of customer service and quality. I say this because I've had many positive experiences in the UAE, but there's always that one disappointing encounter that taints the overall impression. On a recent visit, after completing my shopping, I needed pet accessories for my Husky. Armed with precise measurements, I approached the staff for assistance. However, they directed me to another boutique, causing a delay in my search. Eventually, I was informed that pet accessories are only available online and not in-store. When I inquired about placing an order through them, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful, which left me feeling neglected...

I came to buy a dress that was in the store on 31 Oct 2022. But security did not let me in... shop was not crowded, but security told that we cannot enter, we should wait.. then 2 people left the store.. we wanted to enter because we were only 2people... but security still didn't allow us to enter. then one more person left the shop and in Versace was only 3 clients.. security still insisted that we cannot come to the shop because only 2 sales assistant are working today, so they cannot...

What a great store the Versace shop in the Dubai mall I absolutely loved it. I came in here and I saw these little furry animals that they have with sunglasses on them really great. I think it was the best thing in the shop.
