The Fat Pizza Aberdeen — Local services in Aberdeen City

Can't give less than 1 star unfortunately. Food took well over an hour to arrive, when it did it was wrong, cold and raw.

We ordered a large pizza, 2 burger meals, one with curly fries and the other with garlic bread, and a side of coleslaw. The pizza was cold and stodgy, curly fries (as others have said) were undercooked, garlic bread was cold and soggy, the coleslaw was missing and instead we were given a slice of cake, one of the burgers was missing bacon and both were completely raw.

We phoned up to complain and they offered to send replacement burgers which then took another hour an a half to arrive and they were even more raw than the first 2. 4 burgers, all 4 pink and raw inside. To top it off, both Heinz sauce pots we were given were 3 months out of date too.

We've been ordering from here since opening and the orders have been incorrect more than they have been correct, but this time is too much and we won't be going back.

UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS REPLY: Thanks for the very ai sounding reply, but unfortunately your actions since then don’t match your words. We have now phoned four times chasing a refund, each time being told it was “sorted” -yet almost two weeks later, no refund has been received. Offering loyalty points or coupons doesn’t solve the issue, as we won’t be ordering again, and forcing us to spend more money just to use them is not an acceptable resolution.

The food we received was inedible, unsafe to eat, and not what we ordered. Promising a refund and then failing to deliver on that promise is simply dishonest. At this point it feels like we’re being strung along, and it’s extremely poor customer service.

A proper refund should have been processed immediately, not dragged out for nearly two weeks. Until this is resolved, it’s hard to believe the assurances...

My order took more than 45 mins to be delivered, I had ordered Curly Fries, Pizza and Garlic Bread. Some of the fries are uncooked, garlic bread is missing from the order. After checking with the restaurant the only response was “it’ll be delivered in 6-8 mins.” And this response was given twice when i called again after 10 mins. I tried to cancel and request for a refund but since they manage their own deliveries deliveroo wont refund anything. After letting them know that the garlic bread is missing i was told “I will set it as priority and it will be delivered ASAP.” 10 mins later I get a call “Hello Boss i kept the bread in your order”. I have been ordering regularly for more two years and this is by far the worst and most unprofessional behaviour i have experienced. Nothing less than a scam where they advertise ‘delivery in 15 mins’ take high delivery and service fee but service provided none, delivery - you might end up ordering from somewhere else and still their order...

Ordered via uber eats, they said 20 mins delivery time… 45 minutes later they showed up.

It was all cold - but my kids at this point were so hungry they didn’t care anymore.

Milkshakes that were water and melted slop. Cookie dough that was melted and looked like sick up Cheesy garlic bread with no garlic. Curly fries and wedges were cold, tasted like Tesco frozen. The “gourmet” mouthy cow burger was a small beef patty with 1 uncooked onion ring, 1 slice of gherkin on a soggy bun. The chicken burger was literally 2 small chicken dippers drowned in mayonnaise on a stale bun.

Bacon cheese burger had one small fleck of bacon but half a red onion on it.

Honestly so disappointing. £70 almost, and I will NEVER eat here again. Abysmal...
