Went into the store today Wed 28th May and found a pretty scolloped white midi dress but wasn’t in a position to purchase at the time. However a lovely young lady was extremely helpful checking out availability online, showed me it in black and introduced me to the different colours. I have subsequently ordered two online and am waiting for the other colours to come back in stock. If they do may purchase more. I can’t thank the young lady in question enough - outstanding customer service even standing outside the cubicle making sure my belongings were safe whilst I went to show my cousin the dress. I hope this is enough information to identify the young lady a real credit to Mint Velvet. Thank you...

We were visiting Bath for one night and as usual my wife dragged me clothes shopping! We came across Mint Velvet boutique. Amazing shop and lovely clothes. We met Melinda (shop assistant) who greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and made us feel instantly welcome. Her approach was both professional and personable, which made the entire shopping experience an absolute delight.

Melinda went above and beyond to ensure my wife found the right clothes and was supportive and kind throughout the visit. We also had a lovely chat and her genuine interest in making sure we were happy with our purchase was evident. Great shop and even better...

.. I love Mint Velvet and buy lots from the store and on-line . Was so looking forward to the ' dedicated ' shop in Bath . I doubt I'll be back . I asked one girl if she could help me - her response ' I'm busy - wait ' no offer to find someone else who could help me - so I did . The same girl on the till serving a customer with a pile of clothes said she needed to go 'downstairs to look for something ' and walked off . She could see I was queuing up - blanked me again . I asked if someone else could serve me -at that point she called over 2 others assistants in the store. I mean who is teaching this person customer...
