Unbelievably delicious chocs in beautiful and careful packaging which arrive in the post intact and perfectly presented. I have been ordering from Chouchoute for many years and have not been let down once, in fact all recipients to whom I have sent Chouchoute’s chocolates and other products are now regular customers. And now they know me and my preferences, I often find there’s an extra chocolate ginger or two secreted in the package as a special treat. I’ve used Marks products from Chouchoute on a couple of occasions. The website is very easy to navigate to choose the right gift, but further to this, Mark is excellent at communicating suggestions for modifications or alternative ideas to make sure that the gift is absolutely perfect for the occasion. Most recently, I was delivering a presentation to 50 other business owners. I gave Mark an idea, an image of my business logo, a budget and only 3 days’ notice. He absolutely smashed it out of the park with an amazing, personalised box containing luxury chocolates. This got a lot of praise from the other business owners in the room. Almost since Chouchoute first opened in the Great Western Arcade it has been a cave of delectable wonders whenever I was looking for a gift. Set out a bit like jewellery store each chocolate under glass was a treasure made all the more tantalising by Pierre's commentary.

My latest purchase was a box of ginger dipped in chocolate for a friend mourning the loss of their similarly hued cat and the Auvergne jellies which served as heavenly treats on a recent holiday to Scotland & Northern Ireland.
