House of Omorfia — Local services in Birmingham

I recently moved to Birmingham from London and I wanted to find a reliable and knowledgeable nail tech. I went to one in the mailbox and they left my nails damaged and bleeding. When I visited Penny she could see how distressed I was and she made me feel comfortable and assured when doing my nails, Penny patiently nursed my nails back to health recommended oils I could use to strengthen my cuticles.

Whenever I visit Penny she is so warm and lovely she’s also very respectful. There are times when I don’t want to talk and she considers and then there are times where we just have laughs.

Also when I arrive I am never left waiting, unlike the nail salons I’ve visited in the past. Warm drinks are offered, the place smells amazing and I feel comfortable even to the point of doing my work whilst getting my nails done!

I am very particular about my nails and Penny doesn’t make me feel as if I am asking for too much.

I am so happy I found Penny and I have even recommended her to my friends,they also sing the same praises . To be honest, I don’t think I’ll go to any other nail tech and what’s the point since Penny is so knowledgeable.

Another thing I like is Penny’s attention to detail she always asks me if I like my nails, for me to check it and if I don’t she will change it, without making me feel as if I’m a burden.

Have been having my hands and feet done at the salon since it opened. Apart from the stylish decor the gorgeous yankee candle on the go all the time and the high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, there is a great selection of hot drinks and treats on offer. Penny's attention to detail and her product knowledge is immense and my nails last between 3 to 4 weeks and feet 6 to 8 weeks. Her choices of colours is huge and the vast accesorising of nails always leaves me confused as the choice is vast so now having something different every time. Punctuality and customer service and satisfaction at the top of Penny's priority and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for making my nails look immaculate and gorgeous and I always get lots of compliments from so many people and customers. I hardly get my nails done. However, I found House of Omorfia by serendipity on a last minute hunt for a nails place hours before a long holiday trip. Penny accommodated my late afternoon request and I'm glad that she did! She made me feel so welcome and it felt like I'd been a client since forever. Her friendliness and professionalism made me comfortable and confident that I was in safe hands. She took her time with my cuticles and nails; TBH my nails have never experienced such care and attention from my nails person before. She advised services according to my needs and prioritised that above profit even.

I got BIAB nails done, they lasted well and of course I went back to Penny to get new ones, and will most likely continue to go back to House of Omorfia from now on. 10/10...
