Asked for a square French tip, given my nails were not the longest but still able to shape them subtly. The man was rough with me and not very hygienic. Instead of shaping my nails he filed them all down to my skin to the point where I had no nail left and only at the sides. He made out I asked for that, when in fact he asked if it was OK AFTER he had done it, which didnāt leave me much choice. He wasnāt very careful and it hurt quite a bit after all the filing, he also nipped me and made me bleed on two fingers, which didnāt stop until 2 hours after. The guy didnāt even ask what colour I wanted until he picked it himself and said ācolour okā how they do. Absolutely ridiculous service and he had the cheek to start raising his voice at me like I was the wrong one. I donāt have any pictures because I did a top coat and cut the sides off and filed them a bit more when I got home, so they look better now. These people donāt care, non of the other staff were bothered or got involved, only when it came to payment (obviously). Wonāt be returning. My first visit was better than my second but honestly these people have no customer service and only care about money. Ignorant and rude staff members. Avoid.

I showed the technician a picture of the nails I wanted, and she claimed the color she showed me matched ā but it didnāt. Despite my concerns, she went ahead, and the end result looked nothing like what I had asked for. The nails were thick, bulky, and poorly done. I had also requested gel, which she ignored.
Throughout the appointment, whenever I asked for small adjustments ā like fixing the shape ā the technician responded with attitude, making the experience uncomfortable.
When I returned the next day to get the issues fixed, the staff ā including management ā were extremely unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or offering a solution, management simply sided with the technician and showed no interest in resolving the situation. They refused to redo my nails to match the original design I showed them and wouldnāt offer a refund either. The only thing they were willing to do was shave the nails down, which wasnāt a proper solution considering the mistakes were entirely on their end.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive attitude from both staff and management were incredibly frustrating. I was left feeling stuck with nails I wasnāt happy with and no real attempt from the salon to make things right. I wouldnāt recommend this...

I have been a very old customer been coming here for the past few years but now when I request the same service I am being told to pay extra money. I usually pay between £35 to £40 Why are the prices changing everytime I am coming. It shows these people are not trustworthy with their prices always making it up.
Today I approached & spoke to the lady politely who I always used to go to for my services and she gave me attitude and was not acknowledging what I was saying & neither was she admitting the fact that she used to charge me less. I walked out the salon. Never coming here again and I would not recommend them to my friends or family or anyone else either.
I am so disappointed. I have been a loyal customer and been coming here for years and this is how I got treated. So much attitude and stuck up. They think they can make up prices every month and con customers. This is not professional. Especially the lady worker showing so much attitude, but u fail to realise it's us customers that help u run ur business without us u are nothing. You don't know how to look after your regular customers.
