Me and my partner went here on the 29th in hopes to both get a piercing, as well as buy extra jewlerys for our other piercings we already have. Upon entry, we were greeted with two girls seemly both on their lunch break. Unsure if we could come through, I walked up and asked about the piercings just to be spoke to by a girl with her mouth full of food, spitting bits out towards me.

(Now, I 100% agree with breaks/lunch breaks, but there was two girls there, surely one could’ve gone for her break and taken it in turns, rather then being greeted by two people stuffing their faces looking miserable)

Away from that, we overlooked the price and was greeted with two boards thrown our way and a response of; “if your getting something, sign this” Again, lots of people are in jobs they aren’t particularly fond of, but youre representing your piercers and by being rude you’re gonna push your customers away. Either get a new job if you don’t like the one you’re in so much, or learn manners.

On top of it all, I was belittled and spoken to like I was dumb when asking a question about a piercing. I then asked a blonde girl where to look to buy Jewlery while my partner signed her forms, and was greeted with a pointing finger and eye roll.

Looking in their pointed directions, I told them I still couldn’t find them and was snapped at. My partner then came over, looking where the girl had told me to look and couldn’t even find it either. So rather then get off her chair to help, or find someone who could help us; she stayed sat, eating.

Uncomfortable with the rudeness, unfriendliness and judgemental behaviour; my partner asked that we went else where to which I agreed with instantly as even I felt my aniexty blow through the roof. Please learn how to talk and treat clients; I’m sorry you hate your job so much you take it out on us.

Unprofessional. Unhygienic. Judgemental and not understanding. Would highly recommend to NOT go here. Especially if it’s for someone with aniexty or a nervous...

Visited dolly rockers yesterday, as I have done many times before for myself and to be a guardian for my little sister who has had numerous piercings too. Unfortunately my experience yesterday was nothing but appalling. Never have I ever been ID for a piercing here before, even as a guardian to my little sister but yesterday an absolutely rude staff member resorted to very abruptly declining to pierce me due to me not having ID. Even after I explained I’d never been ID’d before, but I understand policies and procedures so.. I didn’t have the physical ID form on me but did have a picture of my drivers license on my phone she still was very dismissive and rude. I’m all for policies and legislations and what have you but you cannot pick and chose your moments to ask your customers, if it’s something your company abide by then use it throughout. From my recollection the two women in front of me didn’t get asked to show ID, and I’m pretty positive that they weren’t the only ones. Took my myself and my money elsewhere, and won’t be coming here again.. I’d expect staff to not be arsey cows, and speak to their customers with respect. Went to a lovely little place straight after this and got my piercings done by a lovely friendly women, who was disgusted by my experience.

i went there last friday (11.10.24) to get my snake bites done and it was great.

i was a tad apprehensive to getting both done as i have a low pain tolerance, but was assured that they wont by the guy on the desk (he was wrong hahaha). he ripped the bottom half of the paper which had all aftercare info on and passed it over (which alot of these reviews loved to ignore lmao)

was barely waiting 5 mins before being seen. the guy who did the actual piercing had a very calm demeanor which helped massively. he dotted the placement, let me look in the mirror and allowed me to change it slightly without a fuss. he didnt take a second and went straight in with the first, which was amazing honestly, really helped with my nerves.

the actual piercing and having the jewelry put in did hurt, but he made sure i was okay before doing the second.

everything was properly sanitized and very professional. he made sure i was okay after they were both done, then me and my partner swapped seats and he had his ears done.
