Gowling WLG — Local services in Birmingham

Sold my business middle of September and still no invoice for surrender of lease despite two requests from my solicitors, two requests from my previous landlords and two requests directly from me via telephone tho they don’t like to deal directly!! Not sure what else to do as I need vat invoice to close my business that I sold in September yet they don’t bill .
