I have had massages done at several places and paid almost double the amount and never left feeling anywhere near how i felt once mel was done with me. She was professional and asked me where i most has issues and dealt with me accordingly, she has let me know how often i should be getting one and i will be doing exactly that! Booked a massage through Groupon. Arranged childcare etc to find no one at the premises on the day of my appointment. No answer to my phone calls and messages. This has to be the most unprofessional service I've ever had. If let's just say there was an unforseen emergency, I could have been sent a message rather than wasting my time.
