My recent eyelash lift at this salon turned into a complete nightmare. The left eyelashes were curled so excessively that I can't even open my eye properly. It's as if my eyelid is folded, causing discomfort and an unsightly appearance. I have been trying to contact the salon for guidance on how to reverse the effect and relax my lashes, but there has been no response whatsoever.

As it was my first time getting an eyelash lift, I specifically did not ask for a dramatic look. I was not satisfied with the results. When I expressed my concerns to you, you assured me that the lashes would improve after 24 hours when I wash them and provided me with a brush to manage them.

In order to address my dissatisfaction, i called over the next days but you didn’t reply. I promptly posted a review on Fresha the next day, May 16th. Got the body contouring thing. The place was not clean (loads of dust in there) and the machine looked amateur, space very small and moulds in there. However I got a 3 treatments voucher through Groupon so I said I will give it a try. She did not honour the last treatment. ( I only got 2 sessions out the 3 package). She just disappeared and doesn’t get back to me at all. ( it felt good when you got paid by me right? So why you don’t get back to me now?) Btw she also used to disappear during my treatment sessions which I found it so unprofessional as something could go wrong with the machine and she would not be around. Another thing is that she is socially awkward as she lied to me she has someone waiting for her ( no one was in the building) so she could avoid talking. Wholeheartedly recommend! I’ve done 10 sessions of laserlipolysis and 4 sessions of EMT sculpt and have lost 15cm (6 inches!) in about 8 weeks which is really good for me as I was having a hard time losing weight but seeing the results really encouraged me as after a few sessions the belt had to be tightened every time.
