Saw Paolo Nutini here which was a wonderful experience. Easy access and a lovely walk along the harbourside. Sold out venue which didn’t feel cramped. Great that the ground was slightly sloped up from the stage so we could see from everywhere. Easy to get to from the town centre and entrance was swift with no queues despite it being sold out. Food and drink options could have been more exciting. The only criticism is the quality of the sound setup at the beginning which was interfered by the strong winds. The first act sounded a bit muffled and halfway into Paolo Nutini all of a sudden the sound became crystal clear - his voice becoming much clearer. There was rain intermittently throughout the concert so maybe this had an affect? Overall a great evening. Leaving was quick, organised and pleasurable.

In the Festival Of Lights, the amphitheater had been turned into an exhibition of dangling lights. Supposedly reacting to movement of people beneath, it was far too busy to distinguish any individual reaction so the light were just rendered a moving rainfall. Not as impressive as you’d find in the Westonbirt Christmas lights, it’s still really nice to have something to brighten up January evenings

It's a big open space but taken over by skateboarders so if your walking threw watch all around as I wasn't far off getting crashed in to and it's not somewhere I would go for a quiet break as it's not quite with all the skateboarding going on.

Went to see Ub40 last night 2nd August. The venue was OK but the disabled facility was awful. Tried to find a disabled toilet, seen one by the ambulance bit, but they would not let me use it. I know I don't look like I have a disability but I do need a disabled toilet. Only ones we could find was in the vip area. Which you couldn't access. Luckily I didn't need it in the end but I would of shown them proof if needed. Will never go to this...
