St Peter's Hospice Furniture Shop — Local services in Bristol

It’s a wonderful shop. But I don’t know why, whenever I phone them they are not picking up the phone. I had to phone them to update them regarding my purchase. Once I phoned them 10+ times, but no one responded to the phone call. Today the parcel I was supposed to get in between 11:46 and 12:46 was yet not been delivered and I phoned them 7 times but again, no one was picking up the phone. I really can’t appreciate these kind of things. So it’s a kind request that please at-least attend the phone calls of the customers. It’s been 13:30 and I haven’t received my parcel yet and I’m keep calling to the shop and you people are not...

Absolutely terrible service. Contacted the shop for a furniture donation collection. Waste of time. The guys collecting it already were told by the shop not to pick up half the items which i only found out as they walked through the door. Then they proceeded not to take any of it because it wasnt brand new. Its not the collectors fault but how can a charity shop be so picky and why bother saying you’ll take the donations in the first place- ironically half the stuff i was donating i picked up from this store a few months ago!! Will choose another store to donate to...

lovely manager & staff but the lack of things to do in there to help in the shop is pointless every week. i doing CD for 1 hour that not enough for me so i email the area manager to report it to ask i want something to do but nothing happnend. i ring the area manager again she told me i will ask the manager to speak to you about it but he only offer but in the end i stop working there to help out......the kitchen was dirty full of coffee in cup... i don't really moaning but i just think need clean up more.... really shame i left there due lack to do...
