Titcombe was the first jewellery shop my partner and I went to when looking for engagement rings, Ursula and her colleagues were warm and receptive. Ursula discussed with us our vision for the ring and our budget, with this information she chose out some rings for me to try on, she totally understood the assignment. The first ring I tried on, I fell in love with. Ursula also went above and beyond by finding wedding bands and eternity rings to compliment the chosen ring and so we could see the stack together. We went away to think about the ring and to look around all the other jewellery shops in Clifton and none had the elegance, reception and style that Titcombe offer (or more importantly the stunning classic styles). I would recommend Titcombe to my friends and family, and I will be back to buy more jewellery from this timeless jeweller. I also appreciated the little efforts such as the card with the ring drawn out with specifications when we went away to decide, the offer of drinks, the champagne, the beautiful ring box.. all little details that made the experience even more special...

I wanted a special ring to commemorate a special birthday and was recommend the Clifton branch by a friend. I have been saving for quite some time, so this was a significant purchase for me. We received a warm welcome and Fatima couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me. Fatima really listened and there was no time pressure or sales pressure. We enjoyed a cup of coffee whilst choosing rings and, after trying on many different designs, I am thrilled with my chosen diamond ring. The celebratory glass of champagne that we were given after made the whole experience even more special. I regularly travel from London to see John for bespoke orders. He is the only person I trust with valued heirlooms. In London there are plenty of swanky jewellers but the skill that John has is rare and I haven't ever encountered a set up where I could speak with the person actually making the jewellery. Examples of his skill are that he remade my mother's and grandmothers wedding rings for us into a different shape and managed to keep the hallmarks intact.
