Great atmosphere and lovely venue however please note this venue is not accessible. There is a step to get into the casino off the street (they may have a ramp but I highly doubt it) the whole venue is multiple levels, restaurant being on the top level, tables on the bottom level and then the toilets are in the basement, so again down some more stairs. It’s only a small lip getting in, so would be able to get a wheelchair over it however you would only be able to access the slots when you get there, there is one disabled toilet on the first level where all the slot and electronic machines are and the workers are happy to bring you drinks however you can’t access any tables or even the restaurant which is a real shame. No lifts or ramps. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user me fortunately was having an ok day so I was fine but I definitely picked up on areas that weren’t so accessible. Grosvenor along the seafront is fully accessible with lifts so that’s a good alternative should you want to go to a casino.

Came for a bite to eat and wasn't overly impressed with the food but the service was very good.

We were made to feel very welcome with attentive table service that came with a smile and good conversation. Had the service been not as good as it was I'm sure it would have been a different score.

The restaurant area is clean and spacious, we weren't sat on top of other people and although it is a casino the noise wasn't over bearing.

I'd certainly eat there again though so long as the service was just like we had this evening.

Very bad for contact on a mobile phone even if your on wifi they dont contact you back and the live chat doesn't work and call back doesn't work spoke to the main casino and the online people and casino dont know how to get in contact with each other so if your on mobile casino be careful there is no contact if you have a problem even email on support because nobody gets back to you it's a shambles I've spent 4000 pounds here never again beware I...
