Palace Play — Local services in England

I was very excited to visit this new soft play for my 8 month ,6 year and 10 year old.I bought the tickets at £5 for my 2 oldest and £3 for my crawler.So started playing and it was immensely hot 🥵.It was still fun and as it’s the same price as funplex but smaller wanted to get my money’s worth and spend 2 hours there.However after 45 minutes I was told I wasn’t allowed to carry my 8 month old around upstairs and had to stay in the baby part problem was I had my 6 year old(slightly autistic)#needs mum all the time .He wasn’t allowed in the baby part even if he wasn’t playing !no one said anything when I bought the ticket !so after 45 minute we left so ended up being a bad experience. P.s even though we won’t be coming back I still recommend the place but be aware the guy checking around the place where all your kids were running around ALONE some as young as 3 well he smelled so bad of alcohol!Its great you get a job but when you have problems with alcohol the job should not be with children all the workers were male except one and east...

We had a great time at this soft play with our 14 month old daughter. She absolutely loved all the areas to explore and going down the slides on our laps. We had a brilliant hour of fun! The only reason I have put two stars is because at the end we were told that technically she was not allowed in the big soft play, and should have stayed in the small toddler area. This is devastating for us to hear as she really enjoyed the whole soft play play and we certainly wouldn’t go just for the toddler area. I could understand if the rule was that they had to be supervised at all times (which she was, by 2 adults).

We would recommend to children of a certain height who are allowed in the whole complex. We will definitely be returning but unfortunately likely not until she will be roughly 2/3 years old and able to use the parts of the complex she loves....

It is a good soft play, with at least 4 levels and a long slide section

The only things to be aware of is that it can get very hot in there and with all the arcade games the noise can be really immense too. This won't be appropriate conditions for some children,...
