Biggins U-save — Local services in Great Britain

This place was supposed to be open until 8PM on a Thursday (according to both Amazon and Google). I went to drop off my Amazon package at 6:45PM and it was shut :-( .

I went back today (Friday) around 1:30PM and the guy processed my Amazon return in minutes with nothing but the QR code needed from me.

So if I hadn't gone on Thursday at 6:45PM, I would have rated this place 5*. However, they clearly need to get their hours sorted with Amazon so that folks know exactly when they are open and don't have to go...
