Flannels — Local services in Great Britain

I wasn't very pleased with the service I received today.

Mike Ashley.. I hope you are reading this review and taking note of every word.

Where do I begin !!! I was looking at a hoodie on the website which I quite liked so I phoned up the store and was told the instore price of it at the time. So I went down to the store right away and there was a different price on the tag. When I enquired about this .. the lady came across as very rude and unhelpful. She lacked basic customer service and basic people skills. She says there is nothing she can do about it and when i asked to speak with a manager.. her words and I quote... " I am the manager , no one else would be able to do anything " so I asked to speak with another manager.. where i met Jack. Jack on the other hand was great , he delt with my issue very professionally and promptly. He granted the online price despite the instore price being different. She didn't help me whatsover .. she shouldn't have a job in Flannels. Customer is always right .. this is what the lady should have done in the first instance. She wasn't helpful whatsover and it was like she couldn't even be bothered to rectify the pricing issue at all. She needs to be re-trained and taught properly how to do this type of job. Especially when this calibre of customers are spending hundreds of pounds. I also phoned up and the other girl had quoted the promotional price and also Jack even checked his tablet and that too had the promotional price !! So I don't understand how the lady couldn't do anything to rectify this issue !! . This is false advertisement.. miss-infomation.. unclear / unprofessional work ethic. Something needs need about this girl. Not good enough Flannels !!! Get her sacked I was actually annoyed with her attitude.. she just wasn't a very pleasant human being...

Poor experience in Glasgow Silverburn again. Staff simply ignore you, then waited for 10 mins for shoes only to be asked twice what size I wanted (8) then brought a 9 and asked if I want them? No, that’s the size I’ve just given you. Are they too big she asks? Err yes I’m an 8! Won’t be back unless customer service vastly improves. Not sure how long they’ll be...

Some nice stuff but the Glasgow Fort one is better, it has a better selection and the staff don't follow you about the shop like your...
