Humber Street Sesh Festival — Local services in Great Britain

A great festival in Hull suited for all age groups. A good variety of music across the stages and attractions such as the silent disco (which you may find you have to queue for as it gets very popular!). Bars and food vendors all over the place. The main bars only did generic beer and cider (Fosters and, I think, Strongbow). But there were small trade bars for different kinds off beers like IPA and then there's the bars down Humber Street and the Minerva for more proper beer! Small craft shops line the main entrance. Chance to see some BMX and skateboard dudes doing there thing. And importantly, especially after beers, toilets all around the festival site (but closed...

They made me pour out my water before entering (just one sniff test would have proven it was water) then the bars wouldn't serve me water and there wasn't a tap as advertised! I know it's not the done thing to just want water at an event, but, you know, I did pay to get in, I shouldn't have to drink pints. Also, I read that the festival was trying to be 'plastic free' but everything was served in plastic.. Even a can of pop had to be poured into disposable plastic, seemed crazy to me. There was long times to wait between sets and it all seemed poorly ran. Sorry,...

Grows year on year and continues to improve

This year I could only make the Friday night, but still well worth a visit

Multiple stages covering many genres of music, plenty of food stall

My only criticism was the small range of drinks, that were, for hull, expensive ..... However, it was organised well and drinks were quick to obtain
