Werk do definately deserve more than 5 stars, I absolutely agree with Kim! The service I have had since I first discovered them has been absolutely amazing. They transformed my diamond ring into such a wonderful piece and suggested a matching band too - I just adore wearing them & feel very lucky to have had their expertise. Mandy and her team at Werk really pulled it out of the bag for our family right in the midst of covid. We initially spoke on the phone and communicated via email and they managed to design the most beautiful gold kingfisher charm and necklace from my father to my mother for their 50th wedding anniversary.
