DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!
Ordered online on a Sunday for me and my family, google and their website says it is open, put the order in, tried to phone through to see if they had received it, and the phone number doesn't exist, so headed over to the 'shop' when I arrived the owner was inside but the door locked, I explained I had ordered online and couldn't get through on the phone, to which he replied he is not actually open, but would prepare the food any way and for us to come back in half an hour. I was a bit skeptical as the shop looked like he had just moved in, the place was filthy and just random stuff everywhere. The owner himself looked just like the shop- a mess.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went off and waited. Half hour passed and we headed back, we waited a further 15/20 minutes in the shop until it was ready. Very hungry at this point I raced home to find that half of what I ordered wasn't in the bag, and what was in the bag I wouldn't even feed to a pig! The 'Chicken' looked like pork and was stale as hell, the popadoms burnt and stank of old oil, the chicken korma for my daughter was spicy (probably all food cooked in 1 pan) we ordered onion bhaji's but overheard the owner say to the delivery guy - oh we don't have them so just give them samosas, but failed to actually tell us!
I packed it all back up and headed back to the shop for a refund. When I arrived the owner started acting like I was lying that not all the food was in the bag when I left, I said the food is not up to any standard too and would like a refund, he then proceeded to get aggressive saying I told you I was closed and you made me make all this food and then you bring it back! In the end he agreed to a refund and I left.
Refund was never received so £48 out of pocket.
Found another phone number a few days later on their Facebook page (not updated on google or their website) When I called the owner asked for the order number then pretends he can't hear you and hangs up!
Absolute joke of a business and I will be going to trading standards as they should...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePart 1 Phoned for a takeaway asked how much it would be the gentleman (I use that term losly) said he'd call back as he had to run it through the till (fair enough)....so after half hour I hadn't had a call back so called in. At which point I called back the 'gentleman 'wasn't so gentle in fact he was very rude and shouting down the phone, I hung up and ordered somewhere else.....shame...
Part 2.... So the Gentleman called me back offering a 50% discount after reading my review. So, a week or so later I tried to take him up on his offer, it was a £60 order before discount. The gentleman then told me he could take £15 off the bill as it was such a large order! He also had the nerve to ask me to change my review . The delivery driver said please make sure you change your review. So I didn't get 50% discount....as for the food some of the dishes swimming in grease, the lamb was tough like rubber. The Aloo gobi and sagg aloo had tough potatoes, cauliflower that had definitely seen better days, so most of it ended up in the bin. Absolutely disgusting 𫣠So gentleman/owner sorry it took so long. Here is my...

Ā£50 on the worse food Iāve ever tasted. Everything tastes like salt!! Probably to disguise how rank it all was. Tikka masala was not a tikka masala it was so bloody hot. My lamb bhuna smelt like dog food and didnāt even taste like lamb. The rice tasted like grease and not to mention finding a pop corn kernel on one of the nann breads which looked like they had hit the pan for 10 seconds they were so undercooked.
Onion bhajis were the only thing cooked but burnt and spicy as hell. Sagg aloo had half a log in. Vile!!!
Me & my partner have been on the toilet ever since. Wish we had read the reviews before...
