Aesop Regent Street — Local services in London

I have been using Aēsop products for sometime now and I absolutely love the quality and the scents. I wanted to leave a review to a very lovely worker that dealt with me last weekend and the reason I returned to this particular branch today ( Regent's Street ). Her name is Joyce and she does have the ability to spread joy, she was very knowledgeable, warm and professional and have advised me on what product was best for my skin type. I totally trusted her and left with some samples to try it on before buying and they were great. Today I came to buy my favourite out of the samples given and I am really delighted with my purchase but also equally delighted with the service I received! It was like something out of a fable; my girlfriend and I were walking as slow as a tortoise down Regent Street, the early September sun beating on our backs. We took our coats off (for the wind had subsided), and strolled straight in. Our eyes beheld what can only be described as a constellated array of products, and a star-studded cast of employees.

One of whom, Joyce, assisted us with a seemingly universal perspicacity. She was certainly “Sirius” about her job! With such a wide selection of co(s)metics, we were nonplussed. However, Joyce gave us so much information about the various creams and sprays, and in the end we opted for the “Resurrection” hand balm....

Wow what a beautiful shop. Came in asking to get a sample for a skincare product for my partner and I also had some questions about some soap. The person greeted me was very friendly, gladly gave me a free sample for the moisturiser. We had a nice little chat about hand soap. I wasn't pressured to buy anything, and they gave me their honest opinions on their products which I really appreciated. Aesop has beautifully designed skincare products which smell amazing. Whilst it's quite expensive, it's certainly a nice treat for your home. Would totally come back to this branch. People were welcoming, kind and...
