Biddle Bros is a gem of a bar with a good atmosphere and reasonable drinks prices.
I absolutely refuse to set foot in there again though until they part ways with Nicky, the woman who does the karaoke on Sunday evenings. She's disorganised, stressed, but worst of all rude to the customers. She very publically insulted my partner tonight while he was trying to give her (pre-arranged) assistance in managing the karaoke crowd control. Bearing in mind he gave up his evening to try and help her, she arrived 2 hrs later than planned, dismissed his ideas, told him to effectively be her bouncer, and then had a go at him for not mopping up spilt drinks (and to humiliate him further it was in front of a microphone so that everyone could hear). Even though he doesn't actually work there and was just trying to help! At this point my boyfriend walked out in disgust.

The owner is so friendly as well as the customer in there. The bar itself is quite cramped but it just gives you that cosy friendly neighborhood bar feeling. Live music on Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays. The space of the venue makes interaction between the band and the audience a lot more pleasant. The owner's dog is walking around inside the bar and even have it's portrait in the wall available for sale.
I just think it is one of those little bar at the corner of the street (literally) that you will find...
