We've been at Da Felice on a Thursday night, just passing by we decided to stop and they didn't disappoint! The place looks cosy, intimate and really warm with exposed brick walls and appropriate music, without falling into the stereotypical Italian cliché. Best of all they serve delicious pizza and even though I must say the average quality of pizza in London is so improved over the last few years, this is one you definitely don't want to miss out on. The lady that served us was really kind, friendly, with a genuine smile and contributed to a relaxed, lovely evening; it really makes a difference when you compare it to the big chain, anonymous, frenetic vibe of other places. Da Felice makes the best pizza I’ve ever had! Their sourdough base is perfect—light, crispy, and full of flavor. It’s made so well that it doesn’t feel heavy after eating. The nduja pizza and Burrata pizza both are my favourite - full of real Italian taste . The burrata is so fresh and creamy, and it melts perfectly on the pizza. The absolute bestest pizza in East London hands down! I might even go as far as calling it the best pizza in the entire city. I don't write this lightly as I have had many pizzas in my life, but this pizza exceeds my expectations every time and I'm left feeling like it's my first time again. Seriously, it's that good! The chef and people that work there are extremely accommodating and go out of their way to deliver the best food and service for you. Honestly, I almost don't want to post this review in fear of giving away my favourite spot!
