Bulbous Flowers — Local services in London

Not a good experience at all, was passing by and needed to purchase some flowers saw this little chiosk on the street and ask the lady that was there how much was per flower. She answered £1.50. I asked if I could pay by card and purchased 7 flowers. After paying I requested a VAT receip which she first denied and then said if I wanted the VAT receipt I should pay 20% more which she didn't mention when telling me the prices for the flowers. In few words at the end she said it's to late and refused to provide the receipt which is crazy considering legally you should provide one....
