Never, ever in my life have I experienced money theft from a company. I am so disgusted and disappointed. I never received my product and they stopped answering my e-mails after they got hold of my payment. On top of that they are extremely unprofessional in their emails, writing "hey hun" and the likes.
What hurts the most is that I wanted to try out a new business. Judging from their "popularity" on their social media platform, I decided to go ahead and trust them.
The thing I did well is that I have a habit of never paying companies straight from my account when an item I wish too purchase involves a lot of money. I paid through a company that helped me settle the case and eventually get me all my money back since they have a customer safety guarantee. This was an ongoing process for around two months.

Read moreI completely forgot to complete my review. The first time I ordered from capelli was 2019 and that hair was faultless. I reordered in 2021 and it was diabolical! The hair dropped, looked limp and lost all shape. The colour also had a red tint which I wasn't happy with and did not order. When I raised this I got basic blunt responses such as wash & use mouse, that I'd dyed the hair when I hadn't and finally they agreed to send 1 bundle as a replacement despite me ordering 4. To date I never received that bundle and they simply stopped replying. The most horrendous customer service and scam. So if you want to take a gamble then you may get good hair like I did the first time or not and then no refund or resolution if it is horrid. Personally I'd avoid and save your hard earned money. I ordered a full lace 26" wig a few months ago. I was expecting it to look like the influencers/ celebrities' hair on their instagram page, considering i paid more than 600 pounds for it!! It came in a DHL bag, wrapped in a hair net and a little card detailing the length and style of the wig. I first noticed the smell; horrible. It smelt like that cheap hair you get on aliexpress. The lace: THICK and the colour was liiiiight, like there's no way it would blend with my skin... The hair itself was actually nice though.
