Christmas in Leicester Square — Local services in London

A huge disappointment!!!

A few days ago, I visited the Leicester Square Christmas Market with a friend and decided to purchase a sausage sandwich from the German Sausage Company. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the most disappointing and distressing experience I have ever had at a Christmas market.

After placing my order, I waited to collect my food when the staff member at the counter rudely instructed me to move to the other side. As I was on the phone at the time, I didn’t respond immediately. However, she proceeded to push me with her hand, to which I firmly stated that it was unacceptable to touch me. Shockingly, she then told her colleague that she wanted to punch me in the face and subsequently instructed them not to serve me.

When I requested a refund, I was informed that I was not welcome. While they initially appeared to process the refund, they later claimed they could not complete it. Furthermore, they prepared a meal different from what I had ordered. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns, I was ignored as they continued to serve other customers instead. Frustrated and feeling humiliated, I discarded the sandwich and prepared to leave. At that point, the staff began yelling at me, and I had to leave the area quickly.

The treatment I experienced was not only unprofessional but also steeped in prejudice and discrimination. This encounter has left a lasting impression, and I cannot recommend the German Sausage Company under any...

BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL..Dines burgers LSQ van in the christmas market leicester square....so I asked for two chicken burgers (making 2 as a hand gesture ✌️) and said it loud and clear.....(£8 for 1) he put the scanner so it was opposite way so I can't see the fee properly upside down....I trust the process, after paying I realised I paid it said £32......I told the bloke sorry mate I only asked for 2....then the Dutch lady next to me said no you asked for 3....I said I know what I said I asked for 2...so how am I charged for 4 if you reckon its 3?????? The burger guy said you asked for 3 (going with her narative quickly)...so I said if I asked for 3 then why did you charge me for 4??? He clearly knew what he was doing, the Dutch lady was deluded (bless her) and so I asked for a refund for charging me 4 for the price of 2....be careful....this van is out to get you if they think they can ger away with it. Nasty...
