The clothes are lovely and affordable and in store, the staff were really helpful and amiable. They didn’t have my size on display so they got me the sizes from their stock, wrapped in plastic packaging. I asked them to steam the two items I was purchasing as they were very wrinkled. They said they would do it for me in 15-20min. I mentioned I would have to go but I would be back in a few hours. I had to run another errand and realized 40 min had passed and I wouldn’t have time to come back in a few hours so I popped in to pick up my clothes. They told me they hadn’t steamed it since they thought I wouldn’t be back for a while. I said it was no problem and I would come back in 15 min -mind you these were all friendly and polite interactions. I saw them grab the steamer but left before I could see them actually do the steaming. I came back and they were all smiles saying to me “third times the charm” explaining the clothes were steamed and in their reusable bags (strange as they had just steamed a shirt and dress but I was in a rush so I just thanked them and left ). I came home and realized the clothes hadn’t been touched and were in the same condition as when they were taken out of the plastic packaging from their stock room...

I’m not sure what to make of this experience, besides the fact they a) smiled and lied to my face and b) wasted a lot of my time (if they told me they couldn’t do it from the beginning I would have been fine and would have saved myself at...

I visited the shop on January 30th full of anticipation and I can only rave about it. Heidi and her team are so friendly and helpful. Heidi also has a great eye for what suits you. She gave me a blouse to try on that I didn't think would suit me. To be honest, I hadn't even had this blouse in mind, but when I put it on (to my surprise), it was really wonderful. I was very happy to buy it. The new shop is very, very nice... and it was great for me to be able to visit the shop (by the way, thanks to the great video on Instagram where Heidi explained the way, I found it straight away... fantastic). I'm looking forward to stopping by again on my next visit to London. Thanks to the amazing Heidi and her team :-). Kindest...

Amazing store! I found it while shopping in Spitafields Markets and it's such a find. The staff we're extremely helpful and helped me find some shoes even though they didn't have my size. I ended up liking the ones I bought more than the ones I was planning on getting! The lady that helped me was also really sweet. Some of the items were a little pricey but there were sales and I ended up saving over £30 in total. They sell great vintage clothing and also nice stuff that can be worn with modern outfits. All of their items are super cute. The relaxed mood, nice staff and adorable products have definitely made it to the top of my list. I'm planning to visit again soon and would definitely recommend this store to...
