I left this cigar store with a heavy heart. What should have been a simple attempt to return a present I had purchased turned into an experience that left me feeling unwelcome and diminished. The manager was not only unhelpful, but his demeanor carried an air of suspicion, as though I were being dishonest about my situation. Wearing a tracksuit after a gym session seemed only to invite judgment rather than simple courtesy.

I even shared a personal circumstance, hoping for a measure of understanding, but it was met with cold indifference. That stung more than I expected. Sometimes, in life, we go through seasons where even the smallest gesture of kindness can mean the world. A smile, a moment of patience, or a willingness to listen can lighten someone’s burden. Sadly, I found none of that here.

As my brothers and I were driving through Kensington they spotted the shop. Now they themselves are not cigar smokers, however me being one I had to pop in and take a look. Once we entered the shop I was pleasantly surprised. The presentation and layout of the cigars are excellent. They all look in perfect condition and the service I received was top class. Whilst purchasing my cigar the owner arrived and was keen to show me a picture of the cigar lounge they are opening next year. I have nothing but positive things to say about my first experience at the Kensington cigar shop and I’m looking forward to enjoying the limited edition Bolivar I purchased. Will defiantly be back soon and would recommend this...

This is a fantastic shop with very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I was a casual cigar smoker when I moved into the neighborhood, but once I started frequenting the Kensington cigar shop I learned much more and became more interested in cigars. They have a wonderful selection of Cuban cigars and are very willing to share their opinions and knowledge. The Kensington cigar shop is a very similar experience to going into a fine wine shop.
