I don’t know if they position themselves as a Turkish place but I just want to say that it is not the best place for meaty dishes/service or atmosphere. The taste is just not there. The service could have been more welcoming and useful: this is not customers responsibility to deal with issues of your facilities (especially before using it). Now atmosphere: it felt like the staff doesn’t care and also like there usually is someone (like an owner or a manager) who interacts with people better and makes this place alive but he/she wasn’t there when we came maybe, I don’t know. Something was missing, it was soulless if I may say. That’s the feeling I had. Overall, I wouldn’t come there again BUT I definitely recommend this place for the experience: this place is kind of unique and you cannot argue with that. Visit the place, feel the presence of Diana if you can, try some food (because it’s polite to order something if you are visiting and maybe you will like it much more than I did). Definitely recommend for visiting.

I visited Café Diana after hearing so much hype—and I have to say, it did not disappoint. The charm of this spot is real. It has a unique atmosphere that blends history, coziness, and a touch of royalty, thanks to its connection with Princess Diana. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast, brunch, or just a coffee, there’s something comforting and satisfying on the menu. I tried a few dishes and each one was delicious and well-prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. There’s a genuine warmth to this café that’s hard to find in the hustle and bustle of London. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s an experience. The photos and memorabilia of Princess Diana give it a nostalgic, heartwarming vibe that adds to the overall charm. If you’re visiting London or even if you’re a local looking for a hidden gem with character, Café Diana is worth the visit. I’ll definitely be back

Walking through the streets of Kensington, its easy to feel like theres somebody missing. She's on all the signs, statues and memorials everywhere, yes I'm speaking about the queen of our hearts: Lady Diana Spencer. Luckily, there's somewhere that keeps her memory alive, and my adoration of her can match the adoration of the café that holds her namesake. I had a fantastic full breakfast here. Had all the works and the staff had the same star quality and dedication as the lady herself. Theres a cheeky wee shisha spot outside if you feel like it, reflecting the Princess of Wales' rebellious streak. I'll always make a point to visit when I'm in London, a proper reminder of the beauty of the past, and a beacon of light to make what she believed in come true. RIP 1961 - 1997 Always in our hearts, living on in this splendid little café. 5 stars!

Caffe Diana in Notting Hill, London, is a charming cafe with a unique character and history, offering a cozy place to enjoy a casual meal or coffee in one of London’s most iconic neighborhoods. Named after the late Princess Diana, this cafe pays homage to her legacy with numerous photos and memorabilia, creating a warm and nostalgic atmosphere that’s both quaint and heartfelt.

The menu at Caffe Diana offers a mix of classic cafe fare with a Mediterranean twist, making it a popular spot for breakfast, brunch, or a light lunch. Their English breakfast is well-prepared and filling, featuring freshly cooked eggs, toast, and all the traditional components. The selection of sandwiches, salads, and pastas offers something for everyone, and the falafel wrap is a standout choice for those looking for something flavorful and satisfying. The coffee is rich and aromatic, making it a great place to grab a cup while watching the bustling streets of Notting Hill.

The atmosphere at Caffe Diana is relaxed and welcoming, with friendly staff who are attentive and approachable. The decor is simple yet cozy, and the tribute to Princess Diana gives the space a distinct personality, making it a memorable spot for both locals and tourists. Located conveniently near Portobello Road, it’s an ideal place to take a break from exploring the area and soak in a bit of British history and culture.

Overall, Caffe Diana is a charming little spot that offers good food, friendly service, and a unique ambiance. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to experience a piece of Notting Hill’s character, enjoy a satisfying meal, and appreciate the enduring charm of a cafe dedicated to the...

During my visit to Cafe Diana, I had a mixed experience with regards to the food quality and service provided. While the food itself was satisfactory, the poor service significantly affected my overall impression of the establishment.

To begin with, I encountered difficulties with the service. I had to place my order twice as the lady attending to me seemed to forget what I had initially requested. This lack of attentiveness and forgetfulness caused unnecessary delays and frustration during my dining experience.

Furthermore, I was disappointed when my food was brought to the table without any cutlery or napkins. This oversight on the part of the staff showed a lack of attention to detail and left me unprepared and inconvenienced.

Additionally, the staff's failure to inquire whether I had finished my meal before collecting the dishes was another service issue that needs attention. This lack of consideration for the guests' dining experience and basic courtesy was disappointing.

Overall, while the food quality at Cafe Diana was acceptable, the poor service significantly impacted my overall experience. It is crucial for the establishment to address these service issues and improve their attention to detail, staff attentiveness, and guest satisfaction.

I hope that Cafe Diana takes this feedback constructively and works towards enhancing their service quality. By addressing these issues, they can provide a more enjoyable and memorable experience for...

Four of us went to Cafe Diana on Saturday 6th April. We had seen videos on instagram about it and as one of our party is a fan of Diana we thought it’d be a fun place to go for breakfast. The waiter thought it smart/ impressive to memorise the order instead of writing it down. When he repeated it back to us it was incorrect but we corrected him and hoped for the best. Food took over thirty minutes to arrive even though barely half the tables were full. The food is basic so it made no sense that it would take so long. When it did finally arrive it was incorrect. One person was missing a lentil soup, another person was missing a sausage, and another had the incorrect fillings in their toasted sandwich. The base of the baked potatoes also tasted like cleaning chemicals, as if the fridge they’d been sitting in hadn’t been washed down properly. At this stage we had been waiting so long and were so hungry and unimpressed that we just ate what was provided and left. (We made sure we weren’t charged for these missing items). The bathroom was disgusting, so I dread to think what the kitchen area might look like. There was also no music/ radio playing which meant it was severely lacking in atmosphere. Avoid at all costs. Really put a dampener on the start of our...
