Flowers With Swag — Local services in London

More leaves than flowers. Felt scammed as a tourist buying flowers for someone and told that something from waitrose is even better than what I paid twice for. Very upsetting experience but friendly staff.

Response to Manager: Thanks for checking the CCTV and responding to my review. I didn’t give a feedback then as I was just in the city and did not know much of the value of flowers and bouquets then, but did feel weird that for a 30 pound bouquet that your staff was not adding more flowers to it. And I did tell her it’s for a loved one. However I didn’t say anything then as she was very nice and kind to me, and I trust her professionalism as again, I am a tourist knowing very little about bouquets and sometimes have to rely on the goodwill of others.

I didn’t pick the flowers individually myself as she arranged them for me according to the budget of 30 pounds. I just said I wanted something colourful and trusted your staffs’ skills and judgment.

Attached to this review are the fresh bouquets I got on day one and also the flowers I saw 2 days later at Waitrose for half the price (which I also attached), and also that someone else had made a negative comment about the bouquet I bought one day after.

I too feel quite sad about the situation and feel disappointed, especially given your response to this situation. Attached are also response from Google Gemini about the bouquet I bought when I uploaded it. Sad to have to learn this...

Flowers were great, went for the "flourists choice" special, nice variety well presented. Delivered same day which was a bonus, although the delivery guy didn't particularly act like he was making someone's day.

Told the person on the phone the occasion. Asked for the card to say "thrilled to bits" with a little picture of a bumble bee. As you can see from the pic, what they got was the message "frilled to bits" (whatever the hell that means) and some sort of cross between a lobster and a cockroach. Kinda turned what would have been a really sentimental message on a special day into wondering if you have a new stalker.

All-in-all - nice flowers, good service, consider writing...

This shop is a stunning hidden gem! The staff are always so friendly and always willing to help me whether it’s a bouquet for an event or a seasonal order and even last minute emergencies. They cater to all my needs small and big, I couldn’t recommend Flowers With Swag enough!
