The current building dates to 1930 and would appear to have changed little since, which makes it quite quaint, but not as user friendly as some of the more modern stations on the London Underground.

I love that you can't miss the entrance to Great Portland Street Station. The blue color decorates the outside of the station and is perfect for a first-time visitor to instantly know where this station is located. It's one of the most historical stations out of all the ones I've been to and if you like that sort of thing, I'd recommend it.

Lovely street in a busy part of London. Good access to Great Portland Street tube station, and Oxford Circus. Walking distance to Regent's Park, and some stately mansions. Numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Oxford Street is minutes away. Great place to live, work or have a drink in town.

Very near Regent's Park station on the Bakerloo line, which is inconvient because I would have to take the Bakerloo line from Baker Street, I think they should link it with Great Portland Street and rename it Great Portland Street, but otherwise it's a very nice station. Only used it once, which was last month when I came from Waterloo which isn't as nicely located than Great Portland Street, because Waterloo is very hard to find south of...

There is literally nothing great about it! We fell for the marketing ploy and expected greatness. But we were only met with disappointment. I am still trying to recover from the trauma and the memories haunt me. Would not recommend getting down, especially if you think that it is going to be great! It really isn’t! I would suggest please rename it to portland street so others don’t suffer the same fate as...
