BEWARE - The most unprofessional barber you can go to. They all speak in their own language (arabic) in the premises while cutting customers, are extremely rude, arrogant, sarcastic, no customer service skills and rush your hair cut. As soon as your done cutting, they rush to their little cash register and foolishly wait for you to give them their money. PROFESSIONAL barbers move on to the next customer and in general give the customer the freedom to pay whenever they're ready to after a cut. When I questioned the barber, he sarcastically said that he would stand in front of the exit and not let me leave until he was paid. AVOID!!
The place is severely outdated, they treat you inferior as if they are higher in rank and are a highly successful business, when in reality they're not even close to busy and have no reputation in the market. No one talks about them and they are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsed to be good, absolute rubbish now. New people who are a joke. I Let the guy on the second chair cut my hair instead of the guy i tried the other time who wasn't good. This guy completely hurried the trim and with no exaggeration finished within 3 minutes, tried to get passed doing a shapeup without using blade too, then after i asked he seemed annoyed and used it within 20 seconds. He was speaking in arabic the entire time and i understood everything he was saying to the other trimmers, he said he was hurrying me really quickly so i can go back to the other guy to cut my hair. Simply to look cool because he knows hes supposedly the only decent person there as they are all rubbish now. Do not go here; it is an absolute joke now, argued with him and the other guys were even shocked by...
Read moreWent to this barber this afternoon (6 Feb 2015) for a short back and sides No. 2 grade cut. The barber caused two cuts to the neck and behind the ear with the straight razor. What's actually worse is that he tried to cover it up by not showing me the proper mirror view of the neck until I insisted on it and was too arrogant to apologise for his mistake. I also had to ask for the tissue to dab on the cut areas. For £11 for a dry basic mens cut, make the extra effort to go elsewhere where they don't treat you like an...
