A scenic way to get down to Greenwich if you're not looking to take the train. The boat might be full at certain hours, or if you run into a tour group taking a short trip down the Thames. Other than that, comfortable, smooth ride down to Greenwich, the pier is right at the Cutty Sark, easily walkable to pubs, the market as well as the naval college. Good tip, could plan a trip to Borough market prior to this to make full use of the day!

Good pier woth access to the Thanes Clipper services. The staff were pleasant and helpful. You can use your Oyster cards on the ferry, the staff check your balance as you enter the pier. Its a different way to travel through London and avoids the hustle and bustle of the buses and the tube. Will travel from this pier again. It is well located for the HMS Belfast and City Hall.

It's where you can take the river boat for a tour of London landmarks. It's a bit expensive comparing to the boats you can board from near the London eye. Situated within walking distance from the London bridge station and from tower bridge, so it's very convenient for tourist. Great boats and a very scenic tour of London. Staff member's are very helpful.

Be aware you can't board here with your buggy! It's a real shame, that on a busy pier in the middle of London, like London Bridge, the waiting area's doors on the pier aren't wide enough to use them with a single, normal buggy. The staff didn't even mentioned this problem until the ship arrived ( we waited 10 mins at least), just told me I have to go round, but won't show me the way, just waved me back, and told me I have to wait for the next ship, what's coming in 20 minutes. There were no queue, but the ship was almost full, so they just picked 5 lucky winners who could board. Incompetent and...

This is a fast and little costly way to travel to all the London attractions using a luxury boat.

Oyster card are acceptable on this. You have to swipe your card at the start and end of your journey. Minimum balance on Oyster card is 4 pounds. Do check that before boarding this.

Every 20 minutes there are departures, They have comfortable seating inside and outside. They have bars on the board were you can have drinks. Free Wi-Fi on board and for more information and details download their app 'in:flow" or visit their website...
