Very disappointed with the experience. They shipped a book to me in a flimsy cardboard box with absolutely no protection/padding. The bit of cardboard that arrived was riddled with holes and tears. The book was torn up along the spine, scuffed, dirty, dented and damaged. Really upsetting to see such lack of care as apparently zero effort went into packing this item. Will happily update this review once I have been provided with a replacement that is in an acceptable condition, though remain dubious as zero correspondence from them over email, no receipt sent on purchase. Receiving shredded remains of a book that was clearly a work of love by someone is pretty depressing.
UPDATE: A replacement was shipped to me very quickly, however also not well packaged, so kind of a miracle it arrived in an acceptable condition.
