Hands down the best Napoletana pizza place in town! I have never had such a delicious pizza in my life until I came here and I will be sure to come back regularly whenever I crave pizza.
I met up with a friend here on a Wednesday evening for dinner to catch up and we had made a reservation in advance as I knew how popular it would be even on a week day and I was right - the restaurant was already 90% when I got there at 6pm!
My friend was 15 mins late but the staff didn't rush me to order anything. I went with the Pistacchiella and my friend ordered the half creamed spinach and half creamed pepper base vegetarian 2.0. You know you are at an authentic place when you can see the chefs making pizzas in front of you. Our pizzas came pretty quickly and we were immediately amazed by how massive they were and how visually pleasing they looked. I really enjoyed mine, the thick crust was absolutely fantastic - have never had thick crust that wasn't doughy or chewy at all and it's so fluffy and light and easy to eat. They gave a generous amount of pistachio cream and the nuttiness added so much more flavour to the Mortadella and cheese toppings. Considering the size, it's a fairly reasonable price in central London if you are looking for affordable quick bites. The locator is also perfect for a pre-theatre meal and I suspect that's one of the reasons why it's so packed. My friend also really thoroughly enjoyed her pizza and thought the half-half sauce base was a creative idea for people who are indecisive.
Service was great overall, really friendly and attentive staff. Vibes were definitely good for both dating and normal catch-ups. It's not a spacious restaurant given the small size but it's very relaxing and we definitely felt...

As someone born and raised in Naples and living in London for the past 14 years, I’ve had my fair share of pizzas across Europe – and I always keep a critical eye (and palate) when trying a new pizzeria. I recently visited Vasinikò, and overall, it was a good experience, though with a few mixed notes.
Frittatina: A solid start – creamy, well-fried, and satisfying. That said, it doesn't quite reach the level of the one from 50 Kalò, which remains my personal benchmark.
Bruschetta noci e gorgonzola: The bread was excellent, fresh and well-toasted. However, I have to point out that the cheese didn’t seem like real Gorgonzola – it lacked the distinctive green-blue mould marbling and the strong tangy character you'd expect.
Pizza 5 Formaggi, Noci e Marmellata di Fichi: This one was a bit disappointing. Of the five cheeses, I could only clearly identify mozzarella and what tasted like a mild Emmental. There was also a touch of the same cheese used on the bruschetta. While the idea of pairing cheeses with walnuts and fig jam is interesting, the end result was overwhelmingly sweet – more of a dessert pizza than a savoury dish. The contrast between sweet and savoury wasn’t quite balanced.
Staff & Service: Absolutely top-notch. Friendly, fast, and very attentive despite the restaurant being packed. Really appreciated the energy and professionalism.
Prices: Reasonable and in line with the location. No surprises here.
In short, Vasinikò offers a welcoming atmosphere and good service, and while I wouldn’t call it the best Napoletan pizza experience in town, it’s worth a visit – especially if you’re after solid service and a...
