I would like to express my extreme satisfaction following my visit to the Lotus dealership. The experience was simply remarkable. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with exemplary professionalism and courtesy. The staff were attentive to my needs and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the brand's products.

In particular, I would like to highlight the excellent service I received from the gentleman who introduced me to the latest Lotus SUV. His passion for the brand was palpable, and he enthusiastically conveyed the features and benefits of the vehicle. His explanations were clear and detailed, allowing me to fully grasp the outstanding performance and innovative design of the SUV.

The showroom and design of the dealership was really special, also a few members of staff appeared to be some what friendly, however I was interested in a car and had the chance to sit in the car, meanwhile the driver side seat adjustment controls panel just popped out, and also not much expertise from the member of staff in terms of performance and technical aspects of the car. I understand it is a new model, however if I am to spend 85,000, I would assume I would get details including at least a brochure of full details about the car.

Also my glasses in a case fell out my pocket when I was in the car, I came back 20mins later, the member of staff found my glasses cover inside the car, however the glasses were not inside the case and stolen. Thus member of staff showed no understanding or concern and just sad to me that is rude of someone to steal it. No sorry or options or understanding. Their was no options to look at whom sat in the car in the past 20mins in cctv footage, whilst most people sitting in the car, share QR codes with each other.

Lisa Yuan, in particular, has been super professional throughout and has genuinely gone the extra mile to make sure that our requests for minor adjustments were met. Lisa has been patient, efficient and always eager to help. I’m sure that many would have given up and probably would have shelved our ever changing needs in the “too complex” tray!

Lisa’s style is not at all pushy, she is calm under pressure and at the same time engaging and interested…an asset to any business and is also clearly quick to learn.

We have been treated as VIP’s on every step of this journey. Thank you...
