You're stressed and it's the end of your long night at work, but your rudeness was misplaced. We had never met you/ate from here before but you were very rude and angry from when we approached you and said you know us (and our taxi driver?!) as regular customers? Asked us why we didn't order properly, when you kept walking off and not listening when we said what we wanted then got angry when you made the wrong food? Actually raising your voice, I asked you what is wrong with you because you seem irritated and angry - you ignored me despite being stood a foot infront of me. I was approached by a (very polite, albeit misguided) female worker who explained to me that your restaurant was very busy tonight, nobody has had a smoke break and you're all working hard and I cannot come here and 'make accusations' of things. We attempted to have a discussion which I was glad for (even if I didn't agree with what you were saying) as I prefer to speak to people who act decently and have some self respect but the chef started shouting that our food was ready so take it and leave. We'll the order was wrong anyway. I'm sure you have irritating drunk people harassing you in this shop, but this wasn't that situation. Obviously you have problems, we all do. But I hope your situation improves so you don't feel the need to act like that to people, let alone customers in what is probably a family run business. I'm sorry you hate your life 😫
