LEON Paddington — Restaurant in London

Absolutely the worst service I have EVER had from a food provider. Ordered and paid for our food. As our food was cooked was put into the ‘chute’. A man come in and ordered a Christmas wrap and another server proceeded to give him MINE without even checking if my order was complete. When I said you have just given him MY FOOD she told me he only wanted that and your order is bigger then proceeded to order me another one. MY food was READY - to add insult someone took the two portions of waffles I had also ordered so that had to be reordered!!! There were 4 staff and no organisation in any of them ?!? One should have been taking orders and money, another giving orders to kitchen and the other giving out food. Can honestly say I will NEVER eat there or recommend. When my order was eventually ready (20 mins later) there was no apology or acknowledgment. In shock and disgust. These people do not deserve this franchise in such a prime location. I watched one customer leave without her food as she was going to miss her train. So easy to sort these issues....

Never Again would I visit another Leon restaurant. I was told they do vegetarian and vegan eats. We ordered 2 vegan burgers and I ended up getting a shock of my life after checking with staff since the sticker didn't match the other burger. Mine was not. I'd eaten it. I never ever had any other foods other than plant base foods until this day. This is my cultural upbringing. I feel dirty. I feel filthy. I feel nasty. Leon, Paddington should be shut until their staff are equipped to handle foods they put on their menu to serve. The menu is there for a reason and people source menus served for a reason. If you choose to go to this eat out spot be careful what you plan to order. Check it properly. I've lost my confidence and appetite to eat out after 11/09/2021. Thanks to Leon, Paddington. The worst Leon breakfast ever. I have been to many LEON but this one is the worst. The breakfast is cold. It is a fast food restaurant, I understand but I have never been served cold food in LEON ever ever. This breakfast box is completely cold. Other than that, I found there is no salt by the kiosk, I politely asked for salt. The lady there tried to help and look for it. She couldn’t find it and asked the colleague, the barista colleague just told her if there isn’t any by the counter then nope. They didn’t even look at the counter but told me no salt in the restaurant. No salt in the restaurant, I don’t know how they manage the day… considering it is still breakfast serve time right now! About £12 with breakfast box and coffee

By the way, I never gave any 1 star review to any restaurants, this is the only one. And I managed to get the salt from Burger King. Thanks,...
