I visited the store on 20 July 2024 and was greeted by sorbet (which was a lovely touch), and assisted by Ferhana who was of great help. I was instantly drawn to her by her scent to which she told me it was Eau Rihla and instantly added it to the basket — I have since received so many compliments on the scent and am super glad I purchased it. She also showed me the other products in the collection and I later purchased the hair mist through her recommendation. Ferhana was extremely knowledgeable and showed me other scents that she thought I might like, all with similar notes so I'll be sure to revisit for my next perfume. In conversation, I told her about my recent travels to Miami and she told me that the brand had just the thing and showed me the limited edition Miami candle which I just had to buy! Ferhana gave me a tour of the new store and introduced me to the home decor which I wasn't familiar with previously. I really appreciate when I shop with someone is passionate about the brand they work for as it makes the shopping experience more enjoyable and I certainly received this from Ferhana. I'd like to start this review by saying the fragrance collection is amazing and the scents are unique to anything I've come across.

I visited the store today to purchase my wife an anniversary gift. Upon entry I was greeted by a man who I assume was the security guard. He asked me if I needed any help and guided me to the best of his ability which I appreciated. The conversation was then taken over by a sales consultant, I immediately felt as if I didn't belong in the store. He came across with no enthusiasm, no smile and overall a very cold demeanor. The funny thing is I had witness him deal with the previous customer in the complete opposite way.

Maybe it's because I looked as if I wasn't going to purchase, regardless I should have stuck with the security guard.

I settled for the Philosykos perfume. When going to the till I had realised that this was the cheaper EDT and requested for the EDP, at this point I felt as if I was annoying the sales consultant as this is how I was made to feel.

I was honestly self serving myself as no real advise was given.
