Cashier was unnecessary rude and useless. I know the pressure of working in retail as I’ve worked in H&M for years but I would never belittle or give my customers attitude.
Do you on purpose train your employees to be absolutely rude and unprofessional or they just all happen to be like this isn’t his particular store?
I used the self check out register but my items were not scanned correctly as they were all sale items. I then proceed to queue upstairs for a long time only to be met with a rude cashier as I tried to explain the items were all sale items even though one of them was not marked with a red price sticker. She absolutely refused to hear me out and implied I had put the red stickers on the other sale items as none of them were on sale in the system. I tried to explain her that all of the sizes in this specific model and style were all on the sale rack and it looks like an employee had marked them down without updating the system, also let her know that there will be clear marks if someone had taking off the red sticker to put it somewhere else as I have experience with this. Completely ignored me and talked over me not acknowledging anything I said. Threaten to call her manager which I didn’t mind at all.
Face expressions and eye rolls were unnecessary, just explain and give context it doesn’t cost you anything to be kind. After all it’s your job to provide customer service. Very disappointing. Authorization...

The tall man that works there has no manners, pushes people out, acts intimidatingly, stares angrily. As a middle aged woman shopping for my daughter I found it very intimidating and unnecessarily uncomfortable. Tries to make you obey as he wants to close shop five ten minutes before closing time, shouts and uses aggressive manners, comes aggressively too close and uses wrong language, he ordered me “Now!” “To the till NOW!” And when I said I will leave when it’s closing time and I m just finishing looking to something he said plain and loud “NO, GO NOW” No “please”, “thank you, but” or any correct attitude. I have seen him offending customers kicking them out implying they were shoplifters but obviously without proof, and being rude and loud, a disgrace to INDITEX and to the nice other personnel that are always happy to find you sizes and help. He doesn’t belong to this profession and needs a long training on how to treat customers. Read moreRude stuff put faulty returned items back on the shop floor for sale- Customers be aware!! Came in and chose two items after about an hour of spending at the fitting rooms. Once I paid at the self checkouts I realised the blouse had the stitching coming off, being frustrated with not having had the help from staff to show how the self checkouts worked I decided to return both items. The young gal at the checkout very rude. I saw her putting the label back on the faulty shirt and putting it together with the non faulty item. I asked why she put the tag back on as the stitches were coming off and she said not to worry. I repeated the item was faulty and I wouldn't want another customer to buy it only to realise later it's faulty, and have to return as I had to do. She then yelled at me that she knows her job and not to tell her what to do. Very rude and unprofessional.
