It's located next to the Monument memorial remembering about the Great Fire of London. Toilets can be found on the station, one of them, in DLR are, is under maintenance. Basically, You can get to any place in London from here. Around the station, You will find a lot of pubs, cafeterias and few shops. Bus stops around in range of 2min walking. Staff with bad attitude refused to let me in at 4.30pm for a simple cash withdrawal. As if they don’t close early enough already. For the sake of a discrepancy of 30 seconds they decide to alienate a long standing customer of over a decade. If they lack this level of common sense, no wonder everyone can’t stand people who work in banks. At 4.30 I expect to be let in.
