Coming back from Maternity Leave is never easy, particularly when you’ve decided to look for a new role, and COVID times make it even more difficult by providing an overwhelming pool of talented EA’s all searching and applying for the same positions. It was so refreshing to have a recruiter take the time to get to know me (sincerely and not because they have to), be honest with me on what my expectations were Vs what the reality was, and even more refreshing to hear “you shouldn’t have to compromise, we’ll find something for you”, though I knew I may be in for a long wait!

I’d never dreamed back in May when I first spoke to you mid pandemic that by July we’d have an offer on the table. About year ago I came across Tiger Recruitment and from that moment I just knew that this was the agency I wanted to be noticed by. So, when Carina & Charlotte reached out to me with an opportunity, I had that “it’s finally happening moment!”

I cannot recommend Yasmin at Tiger Recruitment (City) enough! She helped me secure a temporary placement in the summer. Yasmin really believed in me and advocated on my behalf with her client.

She also helped me secure ad hoc placements since the end of this placement at the end of September and put me forward for a couple of other roles.

So when an opportunity to gain a permanent contract at the same company Yasmin initially placed me in the summer opened up - Yasmin supported me again! I have now secured a permanent contract - in a company I know I enjoy working in (having already temped there in the summer) and in a role with responsibilities commensurate with my experience.
